Description: Built in 2007 in the Gakenke district the washing station collects coffee from over 1500 farmers in the surrounding area. The Gakenke district of Rwanda is known for producing the highest quality coffee. Normally this coffee is not offered on the open market as it is consumed in their own coffee shops and churches.
