This coffee is shade grown. The coffee is grown in the Pocos de Caldas region of Brazil. It is grown in high elevations at 1000-1250 meters with plenty of natural rainfall per year.

This Catuai, Mundo Novo and Acaia coffee is a beautiful green color and is a beautiful red cherry while on the tree. Brazil coffee is known for it's rich but not too heavy of a body including notes of cacao, nutty and citrus acidity.
